Solterra is a cozy open-world game — grow crops, battle slimes and craft your way to the rare Sol Crystal. Here's everything you need to thrive.
Hit Play Now — Solterra runs right in your browser, no download. A Phantom wallet on Solana mainnet is required to enter: install it free from phantom.app if you don't have it, then connect on the start screen. Connecting and playing are free — the game just reads your wallet to show your balances; you never spend SOL to play.
Choose your hero on the start screen — there are 8 low-poly characters to pick from — then step into the meadow. Your progress auto-saves every few seconds.
Use WASD or the arrow keys to walk. Hold SHIFT to sprint across the meadow.
Pick a tool with keys 1–6, face a tile (a highlight shows where you're aiming), and press SPACE or click to use it.
Turn grass into a thriving corn field for food, healing and crafting materials.
Slimes roam the eastern wilds. Green ones are weak; purple slimes hit harder. Every 2 minutes the crowned Slime King appears.
Chop trees for Wood and mine rocks for Stone — the raw materials for crafting.
Open the crafting menu to turn your harvest into more seeds — or combine rare loot into a Sol Crystal.
The world is split into four areas, each a different colour of ground. Head east from your homestead to find them.
Bright green, wide open. Your starting home — the best place to till and plant.
Deep-green forest packed with trees. Bring the Axe to chop wood.
Rocky highlands. Bring the Pickaxe to mine stone.
Dark, slime-infested grounds in the far east. Bring the Sword and hunt.
Water your crops. Watered corn grows twice as fast — keep the Watering Can handy.
Eat to heal. Press H to eat Golden Corn for +25 HP. Stock up before heading into the wilds.
Hunt the Slime King. The boss appears every 2 minutes and drops a Sol Crystal directly — no crafting needed.
Everything gives XP. Farming, fighting and gathering all level you up, raising your max HP.
Mind the night. A day passes every 4 minutes — more slimes wander out after dark.
Come back anytime. Your farm, inventory and position auto-save to your browser. Just reopen the game.
Sell & upgrade at the Market. Press B to open the Market — sell wood, stone, corn, goo and crystals for 🪙 Gold, then buy seeds, extra max HP, faster boots or a better-drops charm.
The $SOLT token. You're already connected to Phantom (mainnet) from the start screen. Solterra references the project's real token, $SOLT — launching soon on pump.fun. Once it's live the in-game ◎ Sol Vault panel shows your $SOLT balance and a Buy / Trade link; the game only references the token, you never mint your own. See the docs for details.
